Backflow Prevention Certification

Knoxville Fire Sprinkler, LLC provides annual backflow prevention assembly testing per local water authority requirements. Backflow preventers on fire sprinkler systems must be tested annually by a certified tester to protect the public water supply from contamination.

Assembly types tested:

• Reduced pressure zone (RPZ) assemblies
• Double check valve assemblies (DCVA)
• Pressure vacuum breakers (PVB)

What we do:

• Test using calibrated differential pressure gauges
• Submit results to the water authority on the official Backflow Prevention Assembly Test Report
• Repair or replace failed assemblies
• Provide a PDF report for your records
